This warranty applies only to Westinghouse products.

What is covered: Any defect in materials or workmanship.

Length of Warranty: One year from purchase date.

WESTINGHOUSE'S Responsibility: If your Westinghouse product is defective and returned to the place of purchase within one year of the date of purchase, Westinghouse will replace your purchase at no charge. If your place of purchase is unable to replace your defective purchase with a new one, please call 1-800-842-5378 and our customer service department will inform you where to send for a replacement. Please make yourself aware of the refund policy of your place of purchase as this warranty only covers the replacement or repair of Westinghouse products. Westinghouse does not refund money to customers who have not purchased products directly from us. If we replace your Westinghouse product it may be replaced with the same or similar design. The repair and replacement warranty for these replacement products will be one year from the date that Westinghouse receives your defective purchase.

Limitations: Implied warranties, including those of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability (an unwritten warranty that the product is fit for ordinary use), are limited to one year from the date of purchase. We will not pay for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of your Westinghouse product, or property damage caused by your Westinghouse product or its failure to work or any other incidental or consequential damages.

What is not Covered: This warranty does not cover defects resulting from accidents, damage while in transit to our warehouse facility, alterations, unauthorized repair, failure to follow instructions, misuse, fire, flood and acts of God.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

State Law Rights: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

This Warranty is the only one we give on your Westinghouse product, and it sets forth all our responsibilities regarding your Westinghouse product. There are no other express warranties. Westinghouse does not authorize any party to assume for it any other obligation or liability.
