We Monitor America
(WEMA) is an approved Central Station Monitoring with Underwriters
Laboratories. WEMA monitors your home for fire, intrusion, and
other critical conditions. In any kind of emergency, your system
will alert the Central Station to send for help immediately. That's
the highest level of protection you can provide for your family.
***
Please note that we can only monitor Linear Security Systems.
How does
it work?
A link is made between your existing phone-line and a digital communicator
that plugs into your SSD
Home Security System. Whenever there's an alarm,
your system automatically dials WEMA's Central Station. The digital
communicator uses codes to report the type of emergency to our security
specialists. The specialist then takes the appropriate actions to
protect your home, business and loved ones. Central Station Monitoring
gives you 24-hour protection, 365 days a year.
What happens
if I accidently trip my own alarm system? Will the police be called
to my home right away?
When your security system is triggered, the dialer automatically
calls WEMA's 800 number pre-programmed into it. The Central Station
will then try to reach someone at the property. If no one answers
the phone in four rings with your password, the Police will be notified
and a dispatch requested. After the dispatch has been requested
a series of calls will be made from your contact list.
What other
benefits are available with the monitoring service?
With a monitored home security system, you may qualify for a discount
on your homeowners insurance policy. Call your agent today to see
if a discount applies to you.
What is the
cost of the Monitoring Service?
We offer a 1 year Central Monitoring Service Agreement for a low
$20.95 a month. In addition, when you sign up for a year, we will
send you a Communicator Interface for free. That's a $49.95 value
for free, just for using our Central Monitoring Services for 1 year.
Be sure and read our Central
Monitoring Service Agreement/Terms and Conditions and fill out
the registration form. The Central Monitoring Service Agreement
will not be activated until you register.
