I have a very old Schlage Keepsafer plus security system that is still working as good as the day I installed it, approximately 18 years ago!! It has never failed to perform during annual battery changes and simulated break-in tests. We just completed construction on the home and we need to add additional Transmitters/window sensor sets (I think they are open loop). Will your door/window sets work with this old unit? Thankx for a great product...feel free to use this in your advertisement.

I been a customer of yours for many years and you guys have came out with some outstanding products. Recently i purchased 4 of your Professional 10in CCTV systems from my local hardware store. I am very impressed with the features of the system and expanding capibility. I am glad you guys put in those extra jacks and connectors on the monitors. Every single jack even the REMOCON (remote control) and EXP (expansion module for adding more cameras) jacks are used. Also your SSD16 system is just the BEST. I work for a large company and I am in charge of Security so I have used several Security Cameras. Just wanted to say Thank You for having your instruction manuals on the Internet for customer printing. I reciently purchased a DB-301 and the box had only the spanish installation manual (I think the box had been previously opened). However, your website came to the rescue so I can continue with the installation today.
