of radio frequency transmitters and receivers for the professional
security market.
WEMA
was organized in 1986 to provide Central Station services in support
of Keepsafer SSD Wireless Home Security products.
Our CSR's (Customer
Service Representatives) are completely trained in all aspects of
product knowledge and customer service, with special emphasis placed
upon fitting the right product to each individual customer's needs.
Our CSR's
are available Monday - Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm PST.
Our Central
Station Monitoring employees are fully trained in alarm handling
and customer service procedures. Our Central Station staff expertly
responds to each call with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring
our customers expedient service when it's most needed. Each Central
Monitoring Station employee undergoes a complete background check
prior to hiring.
Because WEMA
is a business of a security manufacturer (Linear
LLC), we can offer what no other Sales Support or Central Station
can offer, key insight and knowledge into the best product applications.
